  1. Are annual passes and day passes refundable?

    All Jetty Park Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and we do not offer rain checks due to weather.

  2. Can I upgrade my day pass to an annual pass?

    Yes! Day passes can be upgraded to an annual pass within 7 days of purchase. Please call us at 321-783-7111 or email shop@portcanaveral.com to request an upgrade. Staff will upgrade the day pass to the eligible yearly annual pass. You will need to provide your license plate number along with your vehicle make and model. Please have that information ready when you call or email. Payment is due at time of upgrade.

  3. Where do I book a campground reservation?

    We are accepting new reservations for our Full Hook-up, Semi Hook-up, and Water only sites. Full Hook-up sites can be booked online or over the phone with our reservation staff. To book a Semi or Water only site, please call our reservation, those sites are not available online. Our phone lines are open every day from 8:00am – 6:00pm. The online reservation system is available 24/7. To book online please go to portcanaveral.com/Recreation/Jetty-Park-Campground 

  4. Do you offer a Military Discount?

    Yes, we're saluting U.S. Military personnel with a daily admission price of $12.84 (sales tax included). Valid Military ID is required for purchase. To purchase the Military day pass, please call 321-783-7111 and it will be sold to you over the phone. Phone lines are open daily from 8am-6pm. Military day passes can be purchased up to 5 days in advance. A Military ID will be requested at the booth upon arrival. If you have a Florida Disabled Veterans license plate, you will receive complementary entry into the park. *DV entry not guaranteed if Park is at capacity. 

  5. I haven't received my ticket via e-mail, what should I do?

    After purchasing your admission to Jetty Park, your confirmation may have been rerouted to your junk/spam mail folder. Please check there first. When found, move the message to your inbox and add our e-mail address to your safe e-mails list. Our e-mail address is shop@portcanaveral.com. Download your PDF admission ticket, or click on the Apple Wallet option, if available. If you still can't find your e-mailed ticket, our staff at the entry booth will be able to verify your purchase and allow entry.

  6. I have an annual pass without the barcode and I did not receive the email with the new pass. How do I receive my pass with the barcode? 

    Annual passes that were purchased between May 2020 and July 2020, will have an annual pass without a barcode. We have updated our system and have transferred all passes to the new system. Emails did go out to guests with those passes but many did not receive the email as it went to junk/spam email folders. To receive your pass, email us at shop@portcanaveral.com with your name, vehicle make and model. We will update your pass and resend it. You can also call us at 321-783-7111. 

  7. Will Annual Pass holders get stickers again? 

    Yes! We are working on new stickers for annual pass holders. We will update everyone once we have more information on how to receive your new sticker. 

  8. What if the park is at capacity?

    If you purchased a day pass for that specific date you will be guaranteed entry into the park. It does not guarantee re-entry if the park is at capacity. If you are an annual pass holder, your entry is not guaranteed if park is at capacity. Staff monitors the number of cars in the park and will re-open when the park drops below capacity.
