With 35 acres at your fingertips there is a variety of activities available, making Jetty Park your recreation destination. Whether relaxing on the beach or a family reunion at one of our rentable pavilions, Jetty Park has something for everyone. When the park is closed or at capacity, re-entry is not guaranteed.
Pets at Jetty Park: Only registered campers are permitted to bring pets while they are staying with us. Pets are prohibited in the day park area and on the beach, with the exception of trained service animals (as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and under §413.08(1)(d), Florida Statutes). Please note that therapy, comfort, or emotional support dogs are not permitted.
If surf and sand are in your plans, visit our 4.5 acres of soft, pristine, sandy beach designated for Jetty Park guests. On the beach you are protected with lifeguards on duty all year round. You won't even have to bother with dragging along those cumbersome chairs and umbrellas. Jetty Park has a vendor located on the beach where everything can be rented including chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc. Outdoor showers located on the boardwalks are always a welcome sight after a long day on the beach. Our beaches have state of the art beach cleaning equipment to keep them in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
If fishing is your forte, Jetty Park has got you covered with its 1,200' fishing pier that extends into the ocean guaranteeing that no fish is safe from the experienced angler. The fishing pier is fully accessible to the physically challenged. The fishing pier is equipped with running water and fish cleaning stations. And you don't need a license to fish off the pier. If you are not fishing from the pier you must obtain the appropriate license and permits. For information on how to obtain a Florida Saltwater Shoreline License, please go to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website at https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/saltwater-fishing/shoreline-faqs/ or https://gooutdoorsflorida.com/. Jetty Park does not have the ability to write fishing licenses. Bait and tackle can be purchased at the Bait Shop Water's Edge, located near Freddie Patrick Boat Ramp.
Jetty Park Campground is an oasis by the ocean where guests from all around the world come to share in a one-of-a-kind experience. Having a family reunion or a company picnic? Renting a pavilion could make you the MVP of the day. Jetty Park has 12 small pavilions that can accommodate 6 - 10 guests and 2 large pavilions that can accommodate 60 - 80 guests. All pavilions are equipped with grills and tables and centrally located in the park so that nothing is missed. Please visit us at Jetty Park Campground to make a reservation online.
Small Pavilions: $25.00 (+tax and processing fee) per day
Large Pavilions: $75.00 (+tax and processing fee) per day
Rental price includes ONE park entry for named guest on the reservation.
Additional guests must purchase entry to the park separately. Park entry is per-vehicle and must be purchased online prior to arrival. Re-entry into to the park is not guaranteed if park is at capacity.
Your children will love you for having a picnic in this area of Jetty Park. The playground is complete with swings and a huge area for fun. Grills and tables in the vicinity can be used on a first-come first-serve basis at no charge.
For boaters who trailer their vessels, public ramps are available at no charge at Rodney S. Ketcham Park and Freddie Patrick Park. We also have four marinas located within the Port's harbor and two more lie along the Barge Canal. These marinas provide wet and dry boat storage slips for boat owners who want easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway or the ocean.
Freddie Patrick Park. Located adjacent to Jetty Park, Freddie Patrick Park offers new boat ramps just minutes from open ocean. The new ramp area features eight slips, two pavilions, fish-cleaning tables, restrooms, a boat rinse station, paved parking and a grass overflow parking lot, free of charge
Rodney S. Ketcham Park. Located on the west side of the port near the Canaveral locks this four-acre park offers boaters easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway (Banana & Indian Rivers). In addition to boat-launch ramps this park features covered picnic tables, fish cleaning stations, free parking and fully functional restrooms.
